Manage daily spa operations including staffing, training, budgeting, inventory, guest services, promotions, P&L reporting, and regulatory compliance. Hire and develop staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and represent the spa in the community.

Maintains cleanliness of all Food & Beverage areas by washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Keeps kitchen and support areas sanitary, assists with transporting food/equipment, handles trash and linen removal, and may perform limited prep cook or breakroom duties in emergencies.

Attend a mandatory in-person blackjack dealer training class (Sept 7–25), pass an audition to be hired, then work as a table games dealer greeting guests, providing excellent customer service, handling multiple guest demands in a fast-paced casino environment, and accepting any shift or day as scheduled. A one-year employment contract and full daily attendance during class are required.
