Lead Porsche Centre Reading to deliver business targets across sales, aftersales, F&I, profitability and customer satisfaction. Drive a customer-centric culture, manage and develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance and risk controls, own and execute the Centre Strategy Plan, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with PCGB and stakeholders to maximise showroom performance and customer loyalty.

Serve as the dealership product authority: explain vehicle features and tech, run demonstrations and test drives, support sales with product expertise, troubleshoot customer technical issues, deliver Porsche Masterclass handovers (in-person or digitally), update staff knowledge, maintain accurate customer records, and support marketing and digital showroom activities.

As a Centre Support Assistant, you'll welcome customers, manage showroom activities, handle inquiries, and support sales and administrative tasks.

As a Product Expert, you will support the Sales Team by providing product knowledge and exceptional service to customers, driving satisfaction and product adoption.

Provide administrative support across seven dealership sites: handle vehicle registration/taxation, maintain digital/physical deal files, process invoices/payments, prepare reports, ensure compliance (CDD/AML/Data Protection), liaise with auditors, and assist with stock reconciliation and month-end processes.
