The role contacts customers nearing agreement completion, recommends refinancing, trade-in, lease renewal, or purchase options, assesses credit and equity positions, presents compliant finance solutions, and collaborates with sales and transaction management teams to achieve renewal targets. It also supports documentation, regulatory compliance, customer relationship management, and operational cover for Retail Transaction Managers.

Maintains a clean, organized, visually appealing showroom, offers refreshments, gathers customer feedback, supports sales and aftersales teams, completes general administration, and helps host events.
