Supports sales teams with product information, demonstrations, test drives, customer queries, and second handovers. Troubleshoots ownership issues, maintains customer data, supports marketing activities, keeps centre staff informed about product updates, and monitors competitor offerings. Requires automotive industry experience, high-value retail experience, excellent communication, and a clean driving licence held for at least two years.

Manages automotive finance and lease renewal opportunities to retain customers and drive repeat business. The role contacts customers nearing agreement completion, recommends refinancing, trade-in, lease renewal, or purchase options, assesses credit and equity positions, presents compliant finance solutions, and collaborates with sales and transaction management teams to achieve renewal targets. It also supports documentation, regulatory compliance, customer relationship management, and operational cover for Retail Transaction Managers.
