Leads full-cycle recruiting across corporate, venue, hospitality, sales, marketing, technology, and other functions. Partners with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interviews, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions. Builds talent pipelines, sources passive candidates, coaches interviewers, tracks recruiting metrics, maintains process visibility, and ensures timely, consistent candidate experiences. Requires hands-on execution, strong organization, market insight, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Supports the General Counsel with commercial real estate transactions, leases, due diligence, closings, corporate records, legal documents, claims, litigation support, and matter management. Maintains deadlines, files, signatures, and legal systems while coordinating with internal teams, outside counsel, insurers, vendors, and third parties. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.

Manages PopStroke’s IT strategy and operations across venues and corporate locations. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, endpoint and security platforms; deploying computers, networks, wireless, VPN, VoIP, monitoring, and internet services; overseeing help desk, provisioning, ITSM, vendors, documentation, and automation; supporting venue installations and upgrades; and leading IT projects. The role requires up to 20% nationwide travel, occasional after-hours support, and hands-on troubleshooting of multi-site infrastructure.
