Supports Finance and Business Analytics by building recurring reports, reconciling data across financial and operational systems, investigating trends and discrepancies, and preparing dashboards and executive analyses. The role partners with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and venue leaders to improve reporting accuracy, automate processes, and provide actionable insights for financial and operational decisions. It also supports ad hoc analysis, competitive research, and AI-enabled reporting improvements.

Manage inbound sales inquiries, prospect for new venue accounts, qualify leads, conduct presentations, convert prospects, and nurture client relationships. The role uses CRM tools to track sales activity, researches markets and competitors, collaborates with venue associates, and contributes to individual and team sales targets.

Supports the General Counsel with commercial real estate transactions, leases, due diligence, closings, corporate records, legal documents, claims, litigation support, and matter management. Maintains deadlines, files, signatures, and legal systems while coordinating with internal teams, outside counsel, insurers, vendors, and third parties. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
