Provide HR support including FMLA and leave administration, unemployment claims, workplace investigations, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation support, policy interpretation, HR reporting, and employee relations. Maintain confidential records, partner with leaders and Legal, respond to employee inquiries, and support HR projects and compliance initiatives.

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach and train staff, monitor food safety and quality, manage labor and costs, resolve guest issues, and ensure brand and safety compliance.
