Partner with restaurant and field leaders to manage employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, ensure compliance (EEOC, FMLA, ADA), deliver HR and safety training, coach leaders on policies and corrective action, support leave administration, and foster an inclusive workplace across multi-state operations.

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach and train staff, monitor food safety and quality, manage labor and costs, resolve guest issues, and ensure brand and safety compliance.

Lead performance across 20+ restaurants and multiple districts, coach District Managers, own regional P&L, drive revenue and margins, ensure brand standards and compliance, partner cross-functionally, conduct field visits, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
