As an AGM, you’ll support the Restaurant General Manager in running daily operations, coaching your crew, and delivering the legendary Southern hospitality Popeyes is known for.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 
  • Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house
  • Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
  • Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
  • Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned. 
  • Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
What you Bring: 
  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!)
  • A people-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • A love for fast-paced environments and great food
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
