Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, payments, warranty items, delivery estimates, and product recommendations. Enter sales orders, process invoices, pull and stage orders, restock showroom merchandise, and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations. The role requires strong customer service, computer skills, safe handling of products up to 100 pounds, and occasional Saturday work.

Develops and executes territory sales strategies for pool builders, service providers, retailers, and other customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, relationship management, sales presentations, product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales, post-sale support, CRM maintenance, quoting, market research, and coordination with marketing, leadership, and vendors. Regular travel within the assigned territory and attendance at industry events are required.
