Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js. Design PostgreSQL databases, build REST APIs, deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes on Azure, and manage infrastructure through Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. Implement identity, security, monitoring, and observability solutions using Azure services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve engineering standards and system reliability.

Manage AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Administer Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, networking, security, monitoring, and logging. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and optimize reliability, performance, and cost. Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and operations teams while maintaining documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Manages HR operations and the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, records, compliance, engagement, and workforce planning. Develops HR policies and processes, prepares workforce analytics and reports, supports compensation and organizational development, and partners with leadership to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture. The role is on-site across Bangladesh and requires knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
