Serves as the primary liaison for strategic customers, building relationships, facilitating QBRs, monitoring scorecards, maintaining customer portals, and administering CRM data. Partners with Business Development and Engineering to develop technical solutions, support quotes and launches, resolve issues, and identify upsell opportunities. Requires customer-facing technical expertise in composites or engineered materials, strong communication and presentation skills, and occasional travel to customer sites and Polygon facilities.

Lead ownership and maintenance of the company's QMS in an electronic QMS (1factory), ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Drive internal/external audits, CAPA, document control, training alignment, and translate regulatory requirements into practical manufacturing processes. Provide system-level improvements, audit readiness, and cross-functional guidance across Medical and Industrial operations.

Develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes, design tooling and fixtures, support NPI and ECOs, apply Lean/Six Sigma and statistical methods, implement automation/IIoT and data visualization, and collaborate with production, quality, and design to improve yield, cycle time, and quality.
