Lead ownership and maintenance of the company's QMS in an electronic QMS (1factory), ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Drive internal/external audits, CAPA, document control, training alignment, and translate regulatory requirements into practical manufacturing processes. Provide system-level improvements, audit readiness, and cross-functional guidance across Medical and Industrial operations.

Develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes, design tooling and fixtures, support NPI and ECOs, apply Lean/Six Sigma and statistical methods, implement automation/IIoT and data visualization, and collaborate with production, quality, and design to improve yield, cycle time, and quality.
