The Developer Relations Manager will lead the developer ecosystem strategy, create technical content, advocate for developers, and enhance platform adoption for PolyAI's conversational AI services.

Lead PolyAI's external and internal communications by owning social strategy and execution, executive and employee advocacy, content adaptation, social listening and engagement, community and customer advocacy, reporting, and company-wide internal communications in partnership with PR, Brand, Product Marketing, and leadership.

Lead PolyAI's social and internal communications: own social strategy and execution, shape corporate narrative, elevate executive voices, run employee and customer advocacy, partner with PR/Brand/Product Marketing, monitor and engage communities, and measure social impact on reach and pipeline.
