18-month paid internship with two 9-month rotations. Lead real business projects using AI, data, and automation to design process improvements, build analyses/dashboards, and deliver measurable business impact while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Lead development of Pricing Intelligence solutions: integrate and model multi-source data, build AI-enabled analytics and automated reporting, design Power BI/Fabric dashboards and Power Apps, monitor data quality, and identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation to support pricing decisions.

Lead and scale Polpharma's HR systems and data strategy (Workday, Absorb, Qualtrics). Build a high-performing HR Digital team, partner with IT and HR, deliver intuitive employee experiences, enable data-driven insights, and drive adoption of scalable HR solutions.

Lead global business development for pharmaceutical and API markets by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, supporting licensing and co-development projects, and using market data and intelligence to inform portfolio and growth strategies.

Lead strategic portfolio management for Rx pipeline: evaluate new product opportunities, coordinate nominations and feasibility, align portfolio mix across segments, improve portfolio processes and systems, and deliver reporting and analytics to inform governance and strategic decision-making.
