Teams at Polpharma

Manages pharmaceutical API manufacturing technology projects, especially CDMO customer projects. Responsibilities include planning and executing projects, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating R&D and other departments, developing CDMO processes, managing communication and conflicts, and overseeing change, risks, budgets, and client requirements. Requires pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP knowledge, project management expertise, strong communication skills, English fluency, and at least five years of project management experience.

Partners directly with the Group CEO to manage the executive operating rhythm, drive strategic initiatives, prepare executive briefings and decision materials, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor risks and progress, and ensure follow-through on high-priority organizational objectives.

Lead development of Pricing Intelligence solutions: integrate and model multi-source data, build AI-enabled analytics and automated reporting, design Power BI/Fabric dashboards and Power Apps, monitor data quality, and identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation to support pricing decisions.
