As an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer, you'll design and implement features for an AI-powered web application, working across the stack and integrating AI models to transform insurance processes.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will develop full stack features for an AI-powered web application, integrating AI models and collaborating with senior engineers. Responsibilities include building backend services and creating user experiences while participating in design discussions and code reviews.

Lead full‑stack development of an AI‑driven web application, designing architecture and end‑to‑end AI/ML systems. Build features across front end and back end, ensure security, scalability, and observability, prototype ML innovations, mentor engineers, and partner with product, design, and business teams to drive technical decisions and delivery.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across acquisition, onboarding, retention and re‑engagement. Build and maintain automated workflows, templates, and modular assets (using AI and HubSpot), run A/B tests and performance analysis, partner cross-functionally, and scale lifecycle programs to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.

Lead and grow a team of full‑stack and AI engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure cloud‑based AI systems (NLP, CV, recommendations). Oversee architecture, development, cross‑functional delivery, and foster continuous learning and best practices for production ML/AI.

The Principal Product Manager will define product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experience and measurable outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
