Support customers and advisors throughout the life insurance application and policy lifecycle. Manage underwriting caseloads, coordinate medical exams, order and track requirements, handle calls and emails, monitor payments, report decisions to MIB, process policy updates, maintain accurate records, and collaborate cross-functionally on customer service and process improvements.

Develop full-stack features for an AI-powered web application using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing, data extraction, and recommendations; build scalable backend services and intuitive interfaces. Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, release planning, cross-team initiatives, and AI experimentation. Collaborate with senior engineers, QA, and other teams while taking increasing ownership of feature development.
