The Engineering Process Director leads enterprise product development and engineering processes, focusing on governance, strategy, and team development. They ensure alignment between PLM and ERP systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage diagnostic software integration projects for dealer-facing service tools and manufacturing systems. Define scope, schedule, cost, validation, and supplier coordination. Track progress, report status, drive issue resolution, support invoice processing, and work with cross-functional teams and technical leads to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Develops and modifies robot programs for automated painting applications, troubleshoots equipment and process defects, maintains repair logs and SOPs, ensures OSHA and safety compliance, and supports paint quality and robot editor duties. Must support shift changes and overtime.

Lead enterprise data product strategy and roadmap, manage an offshore development team, prioritize investments, and own end-to-end data product delivery.
