Develop and maintain detailed wafer production plans and part-level schedules. Align demand and capacity, track cycle time and inventory, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify and escalate risks, and maintain data integrity in ERP/MES while supporting continuous improvement.

Serve as the bridge between finance and IT to optimize and automate O2C, P2P, month-end close, and reporting. Design Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, build Power BI executive dashboards, administer Dynamics 365 F&O and Great Plains, maintain SQL/Python integrations, support ERP implementations and testing, and partner with Finance stakeholders to deliver analytics, process improvements, and SOX-ready documentation.

Support and improve die yield for semiconductor manufacturing by monitoring and optimizing equipment and processes, driving yield improvements, coordinating with design/test/reliability/manufacturing, managing product introductions and production support, and developing process improvements to reduce cost and increase yield.

Develop, program, debug, and sustain automated parametric test equipment for wafer fabrication. Write C test programs, perform device and tester debug, run DOE/SPC statistical analysis to locate yield issues, support process development and production, train and document procedures, and improve test efficiency and tester troubleshooting.

Lead development and transfer of GaN-on-Si HEMT process flows, perform simulations and experiments, analyze electrical and process data, optimize process modules, support test chip fabrication and transfer, recommend test structures and layout rules, and report progress to management and customers. Drive cross-functional technical leadership and continuous improvement for manufacturability and reliability.

Develop, program, debug, and sustain automated parametric and functional test equipment for semiconductor wafers. Perform statistical analysis (DOE, SPC) to identify yield loss/root causes, improve test programs, support process development and production, and collaborate with product/process engineering to ensure accurate test specifications and results.

Lead development, transfer, and optimization of FEOL process flows for Power Trench MOSFETs and BCD devices. Perform TCAD simulations, design experiments, analyze electrical and process data, support test chip processing and transfers, recommend layout and test structures, mentor junior engineers, and report progress to management and customers while supporting quality, safety, and yield initiatives.

Lead defect reduction and process development across wafer fab operations. Own defect strategy, excursion response, root-cause analysis, DOE experiments, inspection/tool optimization (KLA/SEM), and cross-functional yield improvement projects while supporting fab operations, standardizing workflows, and presenting results to leadership.

Support semiconductor manufacturing by dispositioning discrepant material, maintaining process recipes, qualifying equipment and new tools, responding to out-of-control events, driving yield and efficiency improvements, training technicians, and analyzing failed runs to recommend process changes.

Lead the Industrial Engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes, manage MES data, forecast capacity, design cleanroom layouts, improve production scheduling, establish performance reporting, and drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement and smart manufacturing initiatives to increase OEE and throughput.

Lead development, transfer, and optimization of front-end process flows for Power Trench MOSFETs and BCD devices. Design experiments, run TCAD/process simulations, analyze electrical and process data, support test-chip transfers, collaborate with device and process engineers, recommend test structures and layout rules, and deliver regular development updates while supporting quality, safety, and yield initiatives.

Lead characterization and reliability evaluation of integrated semiconductor devices. Develop and optimize process flows and modules, run device simulations, design and analyze experiments, recommend test structures and contribute to test-chip layout, provide equipment technical support and maintenance procedures, and lead project criteria, procedures, reports, and optimization efforts.

Lead planning to synchronize wafer supply with fab operations: manage tactical forecasting, production scheduling, demand-supply alignment, inventory and WIP control, customer service teams, risk mitigation, and ERP/MRP and MES optimization to meet customer demand and capacity constraints.

Develop, validate, maintain, and support Process Design Kits (PDKs) and associated EDA flows. Build and maintain DRC/LVS/PEX/ERC checks, regression QA flows, issue tracking, and provide technical support and training to internal and external customers across multiple EDA platforms.
