Develop, optimize, characterize, and document semiconductor, MEMS, and optoelectronics fabrication processes. Design experiments, analyze electrical and inspection data, optimize process modules, support test and transfer lots, develop layout rules and test structures, and enable production transfer. Manage project schedules, mitigation plans, and customer development updates while supporting quality, safety, yield, and cost initiatives. The role is performed onsite with exposure to hazardous chemicals, high voltages, and high temperatures.

Develop and optimize ASML photolithography processes for semiconductor capacity expansion, equipment qualification, yield improvement, and new product introduction. Responsibilities include designing experiments, analyzing process data, creating and controlling lithography recipes, evaluating equipment upgrades, optimizing advanced process control systems, and establishing data analysis and recipe management standards. The role requires cross-functional collaboration in a fully gowned cleanroom environment and independent management of multiple high-priority projects.

Leads customer-funded semiconductor technology development, qualification, manufacturing transfer, product launch, and production ramp programs. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations, and customer teams. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, scope changes, technical milestones, deliverables, executive reporting, and customer communications while supporting proposals, contracts, and commercialization objectives.
