Supports day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, performance management, training coordination, employee records, and HR projects. Partners with production employees and leaders on workplace policies, investigations, corrective action, accommodations, engagement, and workforce communications. Maintains confidential HR data and supports employment law, safety, attendance, and workforce compliance requirements.

Supports manufacturing efficiency and improvement projects through capacity studies, labor studies, fab observations, operational analysis, and reporting. Collaborates with industrial, operations, process, and maintenance engineering teams while using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Python to model processes and solve complex problems.

Supports the OT Applications Development team by creating and modifying application templates. The intern investigates rapid application development, examines SQL table relationships, evaluates coding methodologies and software development life cycle practices, explores migration from Azure DevOps TFVC to Git, and reviews migration from .NET Framework to .NET. The role requires independent work, collaboration, and communication within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
