Owns thin-film process engineering, sustaining and improving equipment and process metrics. Develops and transfers processes into production, supports tool start-ups, controls film thickness and particle performance, maintains specifications and documentation, manages SPC charts, and analyzes process failures to recommend improvements.

Provides technical and sustaining engineering support for semiconductor parametric testing. Programs and debugs automated test equipment using C, analyzes production and yield data with DOE and SPC, troubleshoots wafer and device test issues, and improves testing efficiency, accuracy, and quality. Collaborates with product and process engineering teams, supports process development and production, maintains gauge R&R standards, documents procedures, and develops tools to verify and troubleshoot testers.

Provides semiconductor test development and sustaining engineering support for parametric and functional testing. Programs and debugs automated test equipment primarily in C, validates test hardware and device interactions, and improves production yield and testing efficiency. Performs DOE, SPC, and failure analysis, supports process development and production, maintains Gauge R&R standards, documents procedures, trains personnel, and collaborates with product and process engineering teams.
