Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing through onboarding transition. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to build talent pipelines, improve recruiting metrics, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience. Support broader People & Culture initiatives including engagement events, performance reviews, leadership development, onboarding, and employee programs in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Leads the implementation function, supervising Specialists and Leads while owning successful client delivery for mid-market and enterprise accounts. Establishes implementation processes, manages risks, tracks performance and portfolio metrics, drives time-to-value and continuous improvement, and coordinates cross-functional teams to improve adoption and retention. Balances people leadership, client relationships, partner collaboration, staffing, and operational priorities while reporting outcomes to executive leadership.

Provides front-line support for SaaS certified payroll and compliance products. Communicates with clients, troubleshoots software and third-party integrations, investigates payroll and reporting discrepancies, resolves support requests, documents tickets, escalates bugs and enhancement requests, researches prevailing wage topics, and collaborates with technical specialists during sprint activities.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients to drive retention, renewals, customer satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling. Serve as the primary client contact, conduct business reviews, monitor customer health, resolve issues, create account plans, and align solutions with client goals. The role requires managing multiple accounts, supporting revenue growth, and working hybrid from the Bloomington, Minnesota headquarters.

Own partner integration requirements and product outcomes for a B2B payroll and compliance SaaS platform. Translate integration needs into workflows, API requirements, data mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, customers, partners, and operational teams to prioritize roadmaps, support releases, analyze feedback, and improve integration adoption, reliability, and retention.

Supports SaaS clients throughout the managed services lifecycle by submitting reports, sourcing prevailing wage data, troubleshooting software issues, answering client requests, maintaining service records, documenting processes, and assisting with customer implementations. The role requires strong communication, organization, data-handling, client issue resolution, and experience with payroll or prevailing wage information.

Design, develop, and maintain automated E2E, integration, and API tests using Playwright, C# and TypeScript. Modernize QA practices for a legacy SaaS app, build test frameworks and tools, balance manual and automated testing, collaborate with engineers and product, and contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps automation while leveraging AI-assisted tooling.
