Design, develop, and maintain automated E2E, integration, and API tests using Playwright, C# and TypeScript. Modernize QA practices for a legacy SaaS app, build test frameworks and tools, balance manual and automated testing, collaborate with engineers and product, and contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps automation while leveraging AI-assisted tooling.

Provide front-line support for a SaaS certified payroll and compliance product: troubleshoot client issues and integrations, investigate data discrepancies, document tickets, escalate bugs and enhancement requests, research prevailing wage matters, and participate in sprint activities to improve processes. Work independently and collaborate with SMEs and technical support on complex issues.

The Implementation Specialist will manage the software implementation process, train users, and document client communication while ensuring satisfaction and facilitating product adoption.
