Supports SaaS clients throughout the managed services lifecycle by submitting reports, sourcing prevailing wage data, troubleshooting software issues, answering client requests, maintaining service records, documenting processes, and assisting with customer implementations. The role requires strong communication, organization, data-handling, client issue resolution, and experience with payroll or prevailing wage information.

Design, develop, and maintain automated E2E, integration, and API tests using Playwright, C# and TypeScript. Modernize QA practices for a legacy SaaS app, build test frameworks and tools, balance manual and automated testing, collaborate with engineers and product, and contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps automation while leveraging AI-assisted tooling.
