Make outbound calls to generate leads, introduce products, schedule appointments, follow up to convert sales, maintain CRM/Excel records, handle customer queries, and meet calling and lead-generation targets.

Manage the setup, launch, and ongoing operations of dark-store hubs, including layout, staffing, fulfillment efficiency, inventory, supply chain coordination, compliance, and safety. Own hub P&L, budgets, cost control, profitability, and operational KPIs. Lead and develop teams, optimize picking, packing, and delivery processes, collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, customer service, and technology teams, and improve systems and processes to support growth.

Leads zonal sales growth for an EV and energy ecosystem by achieving targets, expanding dealer and distributor networks, entering new markets, monitoring competitors, and managing collections. The role leads, hires, trains, and motivates sales teams; develops channel strategies, incentives, forecasts, and reports; and coordinates local marketing activities. Extensive travel across the assigned zone is required.

Manage commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, asset recovery, and corporate governance. Provide legal advice to collections, operations, finance, and leadership; coordinate external counsel; monitor regulations; deliver compliance training.

Lead end-to-end operations across hubs: drive supply chain, service operations, SOPs, process excellence (Lean/Six Sigma), cost and P&L management, build high-performance teams, and implement digital transformation to scale pan-India operations.

Build and run a CSAT function: design complaint workflows, own trackers, set team rhythms, report driver satisfaction metrics weekly to founders, coordinate with Collections/Tech/Field Ops, and act as final escalation owner for unresolved or sensitive driver issues.

Drive channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance; manage strategic key accounts, negotiate contracts, ensure collections, track pipeline via CRM, prepare forecasts and MIS, and coordinate cross-functionally to grow revenue.

Support sales and marketing teams with lead generation, outreach, CRM maintenance, market research, campaign execution, event support, and business development tasks. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Lead setup and day-to-day operations of Pointo Hubs, manage P&L, optimize inventory and supply chain, improve fulfilment efficiency, implement WMS and automation, hire and train hub staff, ensure compliance and safety, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet operational KPIs.
