Drive zonal sales growth by achieving targets, expanding dealer and distributor networks, developing channel strategies, identifying new markets, and managing sales teams. The role includes monitoring competition, overseeing collections, executing local promotions, maintaining forecasts, hiring and scaling teams, designing incentives, and traveling extensively across the assigned zone.

Build dashboards, KPI tracking systems, automated reports, and ad hoc analyses for collections, payments, risk, finance, and customer operations. Ensure data quality through audits, reconciliation, schema documentation, and lineage tracking. Collaborate with Engineering on ingestion pipelines, data warehouse design, ETL improvements, query optimization, and scalability. Communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leads zonal sales growth for an EV and energy ecosystem by achieving targets, expanding dealer and distributor networks, entering new markets, monitoring competitors, and managing collections. The role leads, hires, trains, and motivates sales teams; develops channel strategies, incentives, forecasts, and reports; and coordinates local marketing activities. Extensive travel across the assigned zone is required.
