Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle documentation, exits, HRMS updates, statutory compliance support, payroll inputs, HR reporting, employee engagement, and policy-related queries. Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate induction and exit processes, prepare HR letters, support PF and ESI documentation, generate HR MIS reports, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality across HR systems.

Leads the full sales function, including revenue strategy, hub operations, team development, market expansion, product launches, dealer and distributor channels, marketing coordination, pricing, profitability, and scalable business growth. Owns committed revenue targets, sales P&L contribution, geographic expansion, sales processes, performance management, and execution of phased plans to reach major monthly revenue milestones.

Owns the organization’s finance and accounting function, including financial close, MIS, investor reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting, forecasting, audits, statutory compliance, internal controls, due diligence, and finance-system improvements. The role leads the finance team, implements and optimizes Zoho Books, strengthens SOPs and approval processes, and provides financial insights directly to founders and senior management.
