Teams at Point Breeze Credit Union

Contact members about delinquent loans and negative balances, negotiate resolutions, maintain and investigate payment histories and member records, manage delinquent card and negative balance queues, ensure compliance with NCUA, FDCPA, and BSA guidelines, generate related reports, and recommend adverse actions when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Collections.
