The Finance Officer manages asset-liability reporting and modeling, investment portfolio analysis, budgeting, financial reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statements, audit support, specialized reporting, and quarterly NCUA Call Reports. The role requires knowledge of banking or credit union operations, fixed-income markets, and asset-liability management. It is initially fully onsite, with eligibility for up to two remote days weekly after six months.

Supports the development and delivery of employee training programs, including new hire, banking products, lending, and relationship management training. Creates curricula, manuals, assessments, and digital learning content; administers the LMS; tracks employee progress and education records; identifies training gaps; and collaborates with managers, subject matter experts, IT, and vendors on training, communications, and implementation projects.

Manages daily operations of a full-service credit union branch, ensuring regulatory compliance, equipment readiness, member service quality, and efficient delivery of banking services. Supervises, coaches, schedules, and evaluates office personnel; resolves complex member issues; supports account opening, deposits, consumer loans, and loan approvals within authority. Promotes credit union products, coordinates with vendors, maintains operational knowledge, and follows BSA and other applicable regulations.
