Teams at Poetic

The founding GTM seller will build Poetic’s enterprise commercial engine by generating pipeline, opening strategic accounts, qualifying AI use cases, and closing large enterprise deals. The role partners closely with the CEO and deployments team to launch initial engagements and expand them into multi-year partnerships. Responsibilities include owning contracting and revenue lifecycle processes, influencing C-suite leaders, translating market feedback into product improvements, and potentially hiring future GTM team members.

Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and customer-facing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, closing, candidate experience, recruiting events, and funnel reporting. Build Poetic’s recruiting processes and systems from scratch, optimize sourcing channels, improve interview effectiveness, and help scale the talent organization. A major hiring focus is forward-deployed engineering and strategy roles.

Build and own core components of Poetic’s vertically integrated platform, including its IDE, compiler, runtime, infrastructure, and reliability layers. Design scalable abstractions and solve complex problems involving AI-driven programming, immutable systems, anomaly detection, and long-running automated workflows. The role requires independent, end-to-end product engineering and experience building multiple products from zero to one or scaling them further.
