Serve as the technical authority throughout enterprise sales cycles, partnering with Account Executives on customer calls, architecture and integration questions, security reviews, RFPs, statements of work, and implementation scoping. Build technical documentation, validate integration assumptions, identify deal complexity, translate customer requirements for Engineering, and coordinate with deployment teams. Work directly with hospital IT, security, and radiology stakeholders while supporting complex healthcare technology opportunities.

Own end-to-end client deployments of an agentic AI healthcare automation platform. Build full-stack backend services, integrations, workflow automations, and production infrastructure using Python, TypeScript, and AWS. Lead technical demos, prototypes, workflow mapping, issue resolution, and client stakeholder relationships. Extend orchestration tools and integration libraries while translating deployment insights into platform improvements. Support healthcare integrations including HL7, FHIR, DICOM, RIS/PACS, EMR webhooks, and scheduling systems.

Build and operate full-stack software integrating healthcare provider systems with PocketHealth. Responsibilities include architecture, development, deployment, production operations, workflow automation, scalable integrations, patient-flow improvements, observability, incident response, and customer-facing applications. The role requires managing multiple deployments, owning product and design decisions, collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and using AI-assisted development tools to deliver reliable solutions.

Prospect and engage hospitals, clinics, and other potential clients through phone, email, and social outreach. Nurture prospects toward sales meetings, support account executives with effective handoffs, experiment with outreach strategies, and build a professional network. The role requires strong communication, healthcare or health sciences familiarity, technology aptitude, and comfort using phone and Zoom. Enterprise SaaS, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience are preferred.

Build and operate foundational cloud infrastructure and developer tooling across Azure and AWS. Own observability, CI/CD, internal tooling, and platform reliability. Drive cost optimization, security and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA/PHIPA), and improve developer experience with automation and shared libraries.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of imaging solutions across hospitals. Design and troubleshoot integrations (DICOM, HL7, PACS/RIS), work with VPNs and APIs, mentor junior engineers, drive product/engineering improvements, create documentation and automation, and act as escalation for complex support issues.

Contribute to end-to-end deployments of Conductor: build and integrate full-stack services (backend in Python/TypeScript), implement agentic workflows and adapters for healthcare systems (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, RIS/PACS), diagnose production issues using logs and telemetry, and create integration libraries, runbooks, and product feedback from client deployments.
