The role requires English and Portuguese fluency, independent remote work, shift availability, and interest in gaming.

Own end-to-end analytics for a live-service game, including SQL analysis, A/B testing, metric reconciliation, dashboards, pipelines, simulations, forecasting, and applied ML. Translate findings into product, monetization, live-ops, and economy decisions. Use AI coding agents while validating their outputs, build reliable internal tools and services, maintain reporting, and communicate practical recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Own digital fashion releases end to end, from concept ideation and refined artwork through final item production, promotional art, and merchandising assets. Develop fashion-forward clothing, characters, and accessories, lead creative vision, provide feedback, collaborate with creative leadership and producers, iterate based on team and player feedback, and coordinate external artists while maintaining quality and throughput.

Create high-performing animated and static marketing creatives for paid channels. Own end-to-end production from ideation to final output, iterate quickly on concepts, and optimize ads using creative learnings to drive user acquisition.
