Perform as the Green Bay Gamblers mascot at home games, community appearances, sponsor and media events, and private functions. Manage costume care, cleaning, maintenance, and character development. Participate in promotional activities, skits, contests, photo opportunities, and crowd entertainment. The role requires an energetic, creative, outgoing, punctual, organized, and flexible individual available for nights, weekends, and scheduled home games.

Leads the Finance department, overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, risk management, payroll, purchasing, and financial systems. Advises executive leadership and the Board, prepares financial analyses and event proformas, manages audits and contracts, and supervises Finance personnel. The role also supports long-range planning, operational decision-making, regulatory compliance, and organizational financial strategy.

Oversee live event booking for the Resch Center by securing events, negotiating agreements, managing the booking calendar, and maintaining promoter and tenant relationships. Develop bids, budgets, forecasts, offers, contracts, and financial reports while coordinating internal teams for event readiness and execution. Monitor ticket sales and event performance, identify revenue opportunities, attend industry events, and support settlements, scheduling, and facility utilization strategies.

Seasonal marketing and promotions internship supporting community relations, promotional planning, sales initiatives, team store duties, event staffing, mascot appearances, and grassroots marketing. Gain hands-on experience while providing customer service, social media support, and occasional offsite event representation.

Seasonal media relations internship supporting the Green Bay Gamblers (Sept–Apr/May). Promote the brand, coordinate with local media, create and edit social content and game highlights, conduct interviews, write postgame recaps and press releases, assist with pre/post-game activities, and work game nights and weekends. Up to 10–20 office hours weekly; other duties as assigned.

Seasonal internship supporting social media and creative content for the hockey club. Produce and pitch creative social content, interview players and coaches, promote the brand with local media and at events, assist the marketing team with game promotion and pre/post-game activities, work most home games, and commit 10–20 office hours per week.
