Performs as the Green Bay Gamblers’ mascot at home games, community events, sponsor and charity appearances, media engagements, and private functions. Duties include entertaining fans through promotions, skits, contests, photo opportunities, and merchandise tosses, while maintaining, cleaning, and caring for the mascot costume. The role requires flexible availability for nights and weekends, punctuality, creativity, energy, organization, and a fan-friendly personality.

Provides IT support, troubleshooting, user training, system administration, documentation, and workflow improvement for event management, retail, food and beverage, POS, inventory, and ERP systems. Coordinates with vendors, tests upgrades, maintains security and user profiles, develops procedures and reports, recommends enhancements, and supports on-site events. The role requires occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Leads public relations, community engagement, social media, internal communications, digital reputation, and video storytelling for an entertainment organization. Responsibilities include developing PR campaigns, managing media relationships, producing multimedia content, overseeing social and YouTube strategies, coordinating crisis communications, supporting events, engaging community partners, responding to guest feedback, and maintaining brand consistency across channels. The role supervises assigned staff and requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days.

Leads the Finance department, overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, risk management, payroll, purchasing, and financial systems. Advises executive leadership and the Board, prepares financial analyses and event proformas, manages audits and contracts, and supervises Finance personnel. The role also supports long-range planning, operational decision-making, regulatory compliance, and organizational financial strategy.

Seasonal media relations internship supporting the Green Bay Gamblers (Sept–Apr/May). Promote the brand, coordinate with local media, create and edit social content and game highlights, conduct interviews, write postgame recaps and press releases, assist with pre/post-game activities, and work game nights and weekends. Up to 10–20 office hours weekly; other duties as assigned.
