Perform as the Green Bay Gamblers mascot at home games, community appearances, sponsor and media events, and private functions. Manage costume care, cleaning, maintenance, and character development. The role requires an energetic, creative, outgoing, punctual, organized, and flexible individual available for nights, weekends, and scheduled home games.

Leads the Finance department, overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, risk management, payroll, purchasing, and financial systems. Advises executive leadership and the Board, prepares financial analyses and event proformas, manages audits and contracts, and supervises Finance personnel. The role also supports long-range planning, operational decision-making, regulatory compliance, and organizational financial strategy.
