Responsibilities include growth strategy, budgeting, cost control, KPI management, staffing, leadership development, provider scheduling, vendor and inventory oversight, compliance, and quality improvement. The role requires an engaged on-site presence and travel between urgent care offices.

Responsibilities include adjusting schedules, securing coverage, conducting chart reviews, addressing medical escalations and patient complaints, investigating safety reports, improving quality metrics, supporting recruitment, and recommending performance improvement plans. The manager also provides 26–30 clinical hours weekly and travels to regional sites weekly or bi-weekly.

Provides evidence-based urgent care to pediatric patients in person and via telemedicine. Responsibilities include assessing acute illnesses and injuries, performing procedures, interpreting radiographs, overseeing patient flow and shift operations, reviewing laboratory and radiology results, coordinating follow-up, maintaining compliance and confidentiality, supporting service recovery, and improving care efficiency, antibiotic stewardship, and patient experience.

Build and enhance user-facing AI applications, frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems, support deployment and monitoring, validate pipeline and AI output quality, implement reporting security controls, and provide Level 3 product support. Collaborate with technical, clinical, operational, and business stakeholders while following software engineering, testing, security, privacy, and governance standards.
