Builds payer value propositions, negotiates with major commercial and Medicaid plans, develops analytics and governance processes, and leads a growing payer strategy team. The role drives revenue growth, improved reimbursement, network inclusion, and strategic partnerships while collaborating with clinical, finance, operations, and revenue cycle leadership.

Leads operations across 8–12 urgent care locations in Texas and California, overseeing approximately 100 employees, regional leaders, clinical outcomes, financial performance, and a $10–30 million P&L. Responsibilities include growth strategy, budgeting, cost control, KPI management, staffing, leadership development, provider scheduling, vendor and inventory oversight, compliance, and quality improvement. The role requires an engaged on-site presence and travel between urgent care offices.

Leads operations across 8–12 urgent care sites, overseeing approximately 100 employees, regional leaders, clinical outcomes, financial performance, P&L, staffing, KPIs, compliance, vendors, inventory, and market growth.
