Founding Full Stack Engineer responsible for shaping technical direction, architecting and shipping full-stack software, improving a production application, building AI-powered capabilities, integrating third-party services, and owning performance, reliability, and scalability. The role partners closely with the founder on product strategy and will eventually help build the engineering organization through hiring and external team coordination.

Own Plymouth Street’s revenue engine by managing employer accounts and sales cycles, improving the sales process, partnering with marketing, and overseeing forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, and reporting. Build relationships with founders, investors, and referral partners. Sell directly while developing the future sales organization, including hiring and leading the team as the company grows.
