Lead all revenue-generating activities for Plutus Health Inc., developing and executing sales and market-expansion strategies, mentoring the sales team, managing client relationships, overseeing pricing and revenue operations, and using data analytics to drive decisions and report performance to the executive team.

Manage and grow ASC client relationships across the RCM lifecycle, providing ASC billing and coding subject-matter expertise, coordinating internal onshore/offshore teams, monitoring KPIs (AR, denials, collections), leading implementations and QBRs, driving retention and revenue growth, ensuring payer/CMS compliance, and identifying process improvements.

Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-step workflows for revenue cycle management, scheduling, claims processing, and clinical documentation. Implement tool-using agents with function calling, retrieval systems, memory, planning, and optimization. Collaborate with product and clinical teams, ensure HIPAA-compliant secure deployments, and continuously monitor and improve model accuracy, latency, and cost.

Lead and scale the Client Success organization for enterprise RCM accounts, drive retention and expansion, act as executive client advisor, oversee operational alignment across billing, denials, AR recovery and KPIs, manage implementations and transitions, and build high-performing onshore/offshore teams while partnering cross-functionally to ensure service delivery and revenue growth.

Provide part-time C-suite financial leadership for a healthcare RCM firm: strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, performance analysis, capital planning, team leadership, and contract/reimbursement review to improve revenue and cost outcomes.

Identify and prospect healthcare providers for Medical Billing and RCM services. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, manage full sales cycle, and close deals. Engage CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, billing managers, and practice owners through cold calling, networking, presentations, and strategic sales plans.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, client success, and senior leadership across healthcare, SaaS, and tech. Source passive candidates, manage candidate experience, partner with hiring managers, conduct market research and compensation benchmarking, and close offers to deliver hiring results.
