The Business Analyst gathers and documents business and functional requirements, analyzes workflows, creates user stories and process diagrams, and translates stakeholder needs into buildable solutions. The role partners with Product, Engineering, QA, clients, and leadership throughout the product lifecycle, supporting backlog refinement, UAT, implementations, training, and feature rollouts. The analyst also identifies process gaps, risks, dependencies, and automation opportunities while maintaining accurate product and workflow documentation.

Manage Independent Dispute Resolution portal activities and payer dispute workflows. Responsibilities include reviewing and tracking cases, coordinating with billing, accounts receivable, denial management, and compliance teams, submitting documentation, analyzing reimbursement discrepancies, maintaining reports, escalating compliance issues, supporting process improvements, and ensuring HIPAA and payer-regulation compliance.

Process healthcare billing claims and appeals, contact payers regarding claim status, manage assigned tasks, prepare reports and spreadsheets, collaborate across departments, and learn company systems and procedures. The role is designed for recent graduates and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.
