Programs and troubleshoots PLCs, creates electrical schematics and panel layouts, selects industrial components, implements machine safety controls, and supports hardware releases. Collaborates with software, mechanical, operations, and field teams on hardware/software integration, technical support, estimates, and product development. The role is based onsite in San Antonio and requires up to 20% travel.

Develops complete robotic automation solutions for logistics and e-commerce applications. Responsibilities include system-level design, simulation, site surveys, fitment engineering, customer consultations, pre-sales support, proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical proposal contributions, equipment configuration, and collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, and installation teams. The role requires travel to client facilities and expertise in mechanical systems, automation technologies, schematics, and customer-specific integration.
