Own the roadmap, architecture, delivery, reliability, hiring, coaching, and performance of 8–12 engineers. Drive cross-functional execution, customer escalations, standards strategy, design reviews, coding, and large-scale operational decisions across embedded, cloud, and networking systems serving tens of millions of devices.

Designs and executes test plans for Wi-Fi connectivity, performance, stability, and functionality. Develops Python-based automation and performs functional, integration, regression, and system testing across networking and embedded platforms. Troubleshoots protocols, routing, VLAN, NAT, DNS, and DHCP; analyzes packets with Wireshark; reproduces and root-causes defects; and collaborates with software, firmware, and QA teams to improve product quality.

Develop and execute automated security tests for Deep Packet Inspection engines and secure network traffic inspection. Validate L2-L7 behavior, TLS/SSL inspection, traffic classification, malformed and evasive packets, intrusion detection patterns, and vulnerabilities such as DNS tunneling and port scanning. Extend DPI tools, analyze PCAPs, identify defects and performance issues, and collaborate with firmware and automation teams to validate access-control logic.

Develop and maintain code and configurations for network data analysis and device management; write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, deploy and operate production systems, troubleshoot user-facing issues, contribute to security R&D, and own assigned problems independently.

Lead sales enablement strategy and execution for product marketing: create messaging, sales content, partner kits, and global training; align enablement with revenue goals; measure adoption and improve assets for sales, partners, and customer-facing teams.
