Architect and build large-scale cloud-distributed backend systems and data pipelines. Design and maintain REST/gRPC APIs and scalable microservices on AWS using Kubernetes. Lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, ensure reliability, observability, security, and support both legacy and new cloud architectures for high-scale connectivity services.

Design and execute test plans for Wi‑Fi connectivity, performance, stability, and functionality. Develop Python-based test automation, perform functional/integration/regression/system testing on Wi‑Fi, networking and embedded platforms, analyze packets with Wireshark, reproduce and root-cause field/system defects, collaborate with software/firmware teams, and contribute to QA process improvements.

Design and execute automated tests for DPI and secure network traffic inspection across L2-L7, validate TLS/SSL inspection, simulate attacks (DNS tunneling, spoofing, port scans), analyze PCAPs, extend DPI tools (nDPI, Suricata, Zeek), and partner with firmware teams to verify access control and edge device behavior.

Design, develop, and maintain production firmware for Wi‑Fi/networking devices. Work across cloud and embedded stacks, participate in architecture, customer-facing troubleshooting, and integrate with open router platforms and standards.

Lead sales enablement strategy and execution for product marketing: create messaging, sales content, partner kits, and global training; align enablement with revenue goals; measure adoption and improve assets for sales, partners, and customer-facing teams.

Design and execute automated tests for DPI and edge security features, validate L2-L7 network behavior and TLS/SSL inspection, simulate attacks and malformed packets, extend DPI tools (nDPI, Suricata, Zeek), analyze PCAPs, and partner with firmware and dev teams to verify access control and cloud interactions while documenting defects and improving QA processes.

Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor for strategic ISP and enterprise customers. Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive onboarding, deployments, integrations, escalations, release planning, and platform adoption. Lead troubleshooting, analyze operational trends, create customer-facing documentation, and translate feedback into product recommendations to improve outcomes.

Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, implement observability and automation to ensure high availability, collaborate with engineering teams on operability, participate in global on-call rotation, and optimize cloud resource cost and performance.

Develop and maintain code and configurations for network data analysis and device management; write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, deploy and operate production systems, troubleshoot user-facing issues, contribute to security R&D, and own assigned problems independently.
