Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a network intelligence and security product serving ISP customers. Partner with engineering, data science, security, and compliance teams on architecture, ML evaluation, privacy, and production delivery. Conduct customer discovery, analyze market and threat trends, define requirements and metrics, build business cases, and represent the product to technical customers, executives, sales, marketing, and public audiences.

Own the architecture, design, implementation, validation, and upstreaming of broadband router firmware across RDK-B, prplOS, OpenWRT, and OpenSync. Lead Wi-Fi, EasyMesh, onboarding, networking, data model, and performance features; maintain Yocto builds; resolve release blockers; upstream fixes; review code; mentor engineers; and collaborate with QA, program management, and global architects.

Leads complex technical programs for Plume’s cloud-based smart-space platform. Owns project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, stakeholder communications, milestone reviews, executive decisions, and recovery strategies. Partners closely with product, firmware, driver, hardware, QA, and engineering teams on Wi-Fi feature development, interoperability, performance optimization, certification, release planning, defect triage, and successful end-to-end delivery.

Leads the NOC L2 engineering team, overseeing escalated incident triage, on-call rotations, incident response, root-cause analysis, runbooks, operational metrics, and 24/7 coverage. Partners with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and L1 NOC teams to improve platform reliability and reduce recurring incidents. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, technical escalation support, postmortems, and continuous operational improvement.

Lead and develop a global Site Reliability Engineering team while establishing reliability standards, incident response, change management, and disaster recovery practices. Drive system availability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence; reduce toil; oversee SRE initiatives and metrics; support hiring and onboarding; manage budgets and resources; and collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, and senior leadership.

Design, build, and deploy data-driven models using large-scale network and device telemetry. Responsibilities include data cleaning, feature engineering, analytical pipeline development, machine learning for anomaly detection, forecasting and optimization, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to deploy and monitor models. The role also translates business requirements into analytical solutions and contributes to MLOps workflows.

Leads end-to-end quality engineering for broadband, WiFi, firmware, cloud, API, microservice, and networking solutions. Defines test strategies, automation frameworks, quality gates, release criteria, and reliability practices. Performs complex debugging and root-cause analysis, integrates testing with CI/CD, improves observability and testability, and drives continuous quality improvements. Provides technical leadership, mentors QA engineers, manages cross-functional initiatives, and promotes automation-first, quality-by-design practices across Core Engineering.

Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, observability systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Partner with engineering teams to improve service reliability and operability, automate operational tasks, optimize cloud costs, and support critical production systems through a global on-call rotation.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native services powering millions of devices. Architect solutions for scalability and integration, own full service lifecycle in Kubernetes, mentor engineers, participate in on-call support, and drive engineering best practices across cross-functional teams.

Leads a globally distributed Core Engineering team of firmware, cloud, and QA engineers. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, career development, sprint and backlog ownership, release readiness, dependency coordination, and technical direction across embedded Linux, broadband gateway, and cloud platforms. The manager partners with technical leads, product owners, TPMs, and architects to make architectural trade-offs, improve engineering quality, and deliver firmware and platform software at scale.

Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for Wi-Fi optimization, device management, provisioning, lifecycle, and cloud connectivity control systems. Own the roadmap, architecture, delivery, reliability, hiring, coaching, and performance of 8–12 engineers. Drive cross-functional execution, customer escalations, standards strategy, design reviews, coding, and large-scale operational decisions across embedded, cloud, and networking systems serving tens of millions of devices.

Designs and executes test plans for Wi-Fi connectivity, performance, stability, and functionality. Develops Python-based automation and performs functional, integration, regression, and system testing across networking and embedded platforms. Troubleshoots protocols, routing, VLAN, NAT, DNS, and DHCP; analyzes packets with Wireshark; reproduces and root-causes defects; and collaborates with software, firmware, and QA teams to improve product quality.

Develop and execute automated security tests for Deep Packet Inspection engines and secure network traffic inspection. Validate L2-L7 behavior, TLS/SSL inspection, traffic classification, malformed and evasive packets, intrusion detection patterns, and vulnerabilities such as DNS tunneling and port scanning. Extend DPI tools, analyze PCAPs, identify defects and performance issues, and collaborate with firmware and automation teams to validate access-control logic.
