Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor for strategic ISP and enterprise customers. Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive onboarding, deployments, integrations, escalations, release planning, and platform adoption. Lead troubleshooting, analyze operational trends, create customer-facing documentation, and translate feedback into product recommendations to improve outcomes.

Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, implement observability and automation to ensure high availability, collaborate with engineering teams on operability, participate in global on-call rotation, and optimize cloud resource cost and performance.

Lead architecture and delivery of TR-369 cloud controller and firmware strategy across RDK-B/PrplOS/OpenSync. Drive WiFi 6/6E/7 feature design, cloud-to-CPE interactions, security hardening (mTLS/X.509), vendor integration, architectural reviews, and mentor senior engineers to translate roadmap into production milestones.
