Leads end-to-end quality engineering for broadband, WiFi, firmware, cloud, API, microservice, and networking solutions. Defines test strategies, automation frameworks, quality gates, release criteria, and reliability practices. Performs complex debugging and root-cause analysis, integrates testing with CI/CD, improves observability and testability, and drives continuous quality improvements. Provides technical leadership, mentors QA engineers, manages cross-functional initiatives, and promotes automation-first, quality-by-design practices across Core Engineering.

Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, observability systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Partner with engineering teams to improve service reliability and operability, automate operational tasks, optimize cloud costs, and support critical production systems through a global on-call rotation.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native services powering millions of devices. Architect solutions for scalability and integration, own full service lifecycle in Kubernetes, mentor engineers, participate in on-call support, and drive engineering best practices across cross-functional teams.
