Leads the NOC L2 engineering team, overseeing escalated incident triage, on-call rotations, incident response, root-cause analysis, runbooks, operational metrics, and 24/7 coverage. Partners with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and L1 NOC teams to improve platform reliability and reduce recurring incidents. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, technical escalation support, postmortems, and continuous operational improvement.

Lead and develop a global Site Reliability Engineering team while establishing reliability standards, incident response, change management, and disaster recovery practices. Drive system availability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence; reduce toil; oversee SRE initiatives and metrics; support hiring and onboarding; manage budgets and resources; and collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, and senior leadership.

Design, build, and deploy data-driven models using large-scale network and device telemetry. Responsibilities include data cleaning, feature engineering, analytical pipeline development, machine learning for anomaly detection, forecasting and optimization, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to deploy and monitor models. The role also translates business requirements into analytical solutions and contributes to MLOps workflows.
