Leads multi-unit retail financial service operations across a region. Responsibilities include coaching District Managers, improving store performance, managing budgets and financial results, ensuring policy compliance, resolving customer and employee issues, overseeing staffing and development, approving payroll, supporting audits, recommending new locations, and maintaining customer service standards. Requires regular travel among stores and oversight of new store openings.

Provides overnight support and supervision for customer service representatives across assigned financial service stores. Ensures transaction compliance, enforces company policies, resolves customer complaints, approves checks within limits, conducts security camera audits, prepares reports, and supports sales and financial goals.
