Build and own a high-performance dashboard with visual builders, drag-and-drop interactions, deeply nested state, campaign tools, and analytics views. Develop pixel-accurate interfaces across web and mobile webviews using React and TypeScript. Manage complex client state, optimize responsiveness, uphold accessibility and UI quality, and contribute to GraphQL and Node.js features when needed. Work closely with product teams and founders to ship complete features in a fast-growing startup.

Own the end-to-end product experience for an AI platform, from user research and UX strategy through interface design, prototyping, testing, and launch. Build scalable design systems, improve onboarding and in-app communication, address usability issues, and create accessible experiences across web, mobile, and desktop. Partner with founders, product, engineering, and enterprise customers while independently delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage the founder’s calendar, travel, meeting follow-ups, and confidential information. Prepare meeting briefs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and protect the founder’s focus. Plan company offsites and events, while keeping the Bangalore office organized, stocked, clean, and operational. Manage housekeeping, maintenance, catering, supplies, vendor relationships, deliveries, and payments. The role requires strong organization, judgment, communication, discretion, speed, and self-sufficiency.
