Lead technical ownership and continuous improvement of thin-film manufacturing equipment (PVD/CVD/ALD/sputtering/evaporation), drive uptime, reliability, and performance, support installations and qualifications, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor tool owners, and manage change control and improvement projects.

Lead design and characterisation of analogue high-speed RF paths for optical interconnects, including driver circuitry, controlled-impedance RF PCBs, photodetector/TIA receive chains, S-parameter measurement, signal integrity analysis, equalisation, and component qualification. Contribute to schematic capture, PCB layout, power design, and FPGA integration where applicable.

Lead end-to-end FPGA RTL architecture, design, verification, timing closure, bring-up and on-board validation for high-speed digital, video, and optical-interfacing systems. Collaborate with electronics, RF, and photonics teams and maintain RTL documentation, verification evidence, and coding standards.

Define and deliver MicroLED product offerings for AR and emerging optical interconnect applications.
