Lead development, optimization, and production support for III-AsP MOCVD epitaxy processes. Provide technical direction, contribute to technology roadmaps and intellectual property, collaborate with device and manufacturing teams, and mentor epitaxy engineers.

Process supplier invoices and credit notes, perform three-way matching, resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies, code non-PO invoices, manage supplier queries, follow up on blocked or unapproved invoices, and support supplier statement reconciliations. The role requires SAP Accounts Payable experience, accuracy, strong organization, Excel proficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines in a flexible part-time, six-month contract.

Leads VCSEL and surface-emitting laser technology development from concept through proof-of-concept and manufacturing transfer. Responsibilities include device architecture, modelling, simulation, prototype fabrication, characterization, performance optimization, IP generation, manufacturability assessment, and technical roadmap development. The role mentors multidisciplinary teams and collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and academic partners on emerging photonic technologies including microLEDs and optical interconnects.
