Lead electrical and optical device characterisation and yield improvement, using hands-on probing, accelerated life testing, and data analysis (JMP/MATLAB/Python) to identify failure mechanisms, track stability, and translate test data into actionable engineering and production improvements.

Lead technical ownership and continuous improvement of thin-film manufacturing equipment (PVD/CVD/ALD/sputtering/evaporation), drive uptime, reliability, and performance, support installations and qualifications, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor tool owners, and manage change control and improvement projects.

Define and deliver MicroLED product offerings for AR and emerging optical interconnect applications. Act as Voice of the Customer, create product specifications and roadmaps, align engineering and partners, support NPI and scaled manufacturing, and engage major global customers to ensure market-aligned product delivery.
