Lead ownership and support for assigned semiconductor tools to maximize uptime, yield, reliability, and process stability. Monitor performance, troubleshoot faults, manage spare parts, drive continuous improvement and upgrades, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and support installation and integration of new tools into fab operations.

Manage inbound/outbound logistics for manufacturing: receive and record deliveries in SAP, resolve discrepancies, handle hazardous materials, operate forklifts, route materials, maintain inventory and support stock counts.

Operate and maintain ellipsometry systems, develop and validate measurement recipes, analyse metrology and process data, support process qualification and root-cause investigations, collaborate with production/quality/R&D, maintain documentation, assist SPC monitoring, and support equipment calibration and continuous improvement to improve yield and measurement accuracy.
