Drives growth of Plenti’s consumer lending portfolio by acquiring and developing broker accounts, strengthening aggregator partnerships, executing territory sales strategies, promoting automotive and personal loan products, and achieving revenue and volume targets. The role builds broker relationships, provides product training, represents Plenti at industry events, monitors market trends, and collaborates with sales teams to improve commercial performance.

Own and evolve the end-to-end origination platform for multiple lending channels. Define platform roadmap, drive architecture and scalability decisions, translate operational and regulatory needs into product capabilities, deliver customer portals and internal tooling, and ensure reusable, platform-first solutions across the organisation.

Own portfolio performance and pricing strategy across personal loans and consumer automotive finance. Analyze volume, margin, risk, returns, customer cohorts, and lending economics; build pricing, profitability, and commercial models; evaluate policy, AI, and automation opportunities; and provide recommendations to senior executives. Collaborate with Product, Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Distribution to improve growth, profitability, and portfolio returns.
