Participate in on-call rotation and postmortems to improve reliability and operational excellence.

Own and evolve the core data platform powering AI-driven automation: design domain data models, audit trails, and data contracts; build APIs and data abstractions; ensure performance, reliability, and compliance as the system scales; set technical direction and enable feature teams to ship safely.

Own customer relationships from implementation through retention and expansion. Monitor account health, run usage and ROI analyses, lead business reviews, manage implementations with technical teams, identify expansion opportunities, and set standards for clear customer communication and scalable, data-driven processes.
