Serve as Playlab's Washington lead: recruit and support a cohort of ~10 school/district partners, design and deliver professional learning, coach educators on AI integration, coordinate with Gonzaga and ESDs, run three in-person convenings, support AI Innovation Index assessment, and bring field insights to improve Playlab's platform and programs.

Lead Playlab's visual identity and produced assets across brand, web, motion, print, and storytelling. Translate complex AI and education concepts into clear, production-grade visuals and systems, collaborate with community and cross-functional teams, and drive projects from fuzzy brief through final deliverables using modern creative tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead end-to-end product design at a nonprofit R&D/startup hybrid focused on educational AI. Research, prototype, and ship interaction patterns and workflows that empower educators to create AI tools. Balance rapid iteration with production-quality craft, collaborate closely with engineers and community, and drive design decisions informed by product sense, technical fluency with AI, and user research.

The Staff Fullstack Engineer will build AI-native interfaces, develop an application builder, and create collaboration features for educators, focusing on scalable systems and user-centered design.

As a Learning Engineer, you will build and prototype AI tools with educators, coach through the design process, and adapt to partner needs in a flexible role.

The Senior Product Manager will drive product execution, refine strategies, and collaborate across teams to enhance AI tools for education.

The Senior Learning Engineer will support 4-5 lab schools in integrating AI into education, mentor local engineers, and contribute to an open-source playbook.

The Learning Partner will support schools in the Carolinas with AI implementation, professional learning, and coaching educators on AI integration. Responsibilities include facilitating relationships, designing training, and guiding strategic AI adoption.
