The Learning Partner supports NYC schools implementing AI literacy and instructional innovation. Responsibilities include building school relationships, designing and facilitating professional learning, coaching educators, supporting AI adoption, co-designing AI tools and learning experiences, guiding school leaders through change management, and sharing field insights to improve Playlab’s platform and resources.

Lead end-to-end product design at a nonprofit R&D/startup hybrid focused on educational AI. Research, prototype, and ship interaction patterns and workflows that empower educators to create AI tools. Balance rapid iteration with production-quality craft, collaborate closely with engineers and community, and drive design decisions informed by product sense, technical fluency with AI, and user research.

Lead Playlab's visual identity and produced assets across brand, web, motion, print, and storytelling. Translate complex AI and education concepts into clear, production-grade visuals and systems, collaborate with community and cross-functional teams, and drive projects from fuzzy brief through final deliverables using modern creative tools and AI-enabled workflows.
