Coordinate Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and deployment teams to resolve blockers and deliver customer outcomes. Help establish scalable Customer Success processes, including onboarding milestones, health scores, account planning, and renewal workflows. The role requires technical fluency with software engineering organizations and regular time in the Atlanta office.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for PlayerZero’s AI platform, from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluations, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline, navigate complex stakeholder groups, lead proofs of value, close new-logo business, and expand deployments across teams. The role requires selling technical SaaS products to enterprise engineering leaders, maintaining disciplined forecasts in Salesforce, and helping establish a repeatable enterprise sales playbook.

Leads production engineering across frontend, platform infrastructure, and support engineering. Owns product reliability, performance, incident response, issue escalation, and resolution workflows. Manages and develops engineering teams, partners with AI Engineering and Product, guides technical decisions, improves operational processes, and turns recurring production issues into product, automation, and tooling improvements.

Own day-to-day security administration and compliance operations, including access governance, security control maintenance, audit readiness, Vanta administration, evidence management, finding remediation, customer security reviews, and FedRAMP preparation. The role partners with Engineering, SRE, business teams, auditors, and external specialists to improve security workflows, documentation, monitoring, and risk visibility.

Own technical relationships with global channel partners, enabling their presales and delivery teams to independently sell and implement PlayerZero. Lead discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical escalations, and early client engagements. Build partner certification programs, reference architectures, demo environments, playbooks, and delivery patterns. Coach partner engineers, support joint pursuits, track technical readiness and partner-led outcomes, and relay partner feedback to Product, Field Engineering, and Marketing.

Provide technical support for PlayerZero customers by investigating code, logs, stack traces, integrations, APIs, authentication, and cloud environments. Reproduce issues, submit targeted fixes, manage support tickets, troubleshoot deployments, lead customer calls, and escalate complex issues with clear context. Create documentation, playbooks, and automation while identifying recurring problems and translating customer feedback into prioritized product improvements.

Operate and improve PlayerZero’s AWS production infrastructure and distributed data systems. Automate operational workflows, strengthen monitoring and instrumentation, respond to incidents, and improve deployment safety, security, performance, and resilience. The role includes infrastructure as code, CI/CD, patching, vulnerability remediation, capacity planning, runbook development, and collaboration with platform and application engineering teams.

Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, implementations, and go-lives for PlayerZero customers. Configure integrations with repositories, CI/CD, ticketing, and observability systems; train users, drive adoption, measure outcomes, address technical and security questions, and identify expansion opportunities. Partner with Account Executives, Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to connect technical capabilities to business value and deliver successful customer outcomes.

Own PlayerZero’s product experience across UI/UX, design systems, user research, and human-agent collaboration. Establish consistent design patterns, simplify complex enterprise workflows, create functional prototypes, conduct usability research, and partner with Product and Engineering through delivery. The role requires strong systems thinking, interaction design, visual craft, communication, and independent ownership from ambiguous problems through shipped improvements.

Build AI infrastructure for long-running agents, including durable workflows, context delivery, agent communication, sandbox environments, and machine fleets. Design scalable distributed systems, data models, and real-time infrastructure supporting LLM workloads. Own infrastructure projects end to end, improve reliability and performance, and take systems from prototype to production. Collaborate across the software lifecycle to enable agents to execute and complete complex work.

Build and operate backend platform services using Kotlin and the JVM. Design APIs, data models, integrations, event-driven workflows, and AI runtime capabilities. Incrementally improve architecture, reliability, observability, security, testing, deployment, and performance while partnering with SRE. Support communications or billing workflows and provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, documentation, code reviews, and collaboration.
