Perform manual testing for web and mobile features across Teams, pricing, growth, recording, transcription, subscriptions, governance, and billing. Create reproducible bug reports, track fixes, contribute to test plans and regression suites, define acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams, and validate releases and bug fixes.

Own Plaud’s monetization strategy across pricing, subscription tiers, entitlements, add-ons, and usage-based charging. Build quantitative models to evaluate conversion, renewal, revenue, costs, and margins. Partner with AI product, billing, engineering, design, and business teams to translate commercial rules into product requirements, validate performance through data and experiments, and continuously improve pricing and monetization systems across regions and channels.

Owns Voice of Customer taxonomy and data quality standards, analyzes customer feedback and behavioral data, identifies trends and systemic issues, and translates findings into prioritized recommendations for Product, Support, Operations, and Engineering. Collaborates with analytics and research teams to align metrics and workflows, and uses SQL, BI tools, Python, APIs, and AI-assisted methods to scale reproducible insight generation.
