Lead technical product marketing for Plaud’s software and AI portfolio. Translate product architecture and capabilities into positioning, messaging, content, enablement, and launch strategies. Own go-to-market architecture, coordinate cross-functional teams, support regional activation, and use customer, market, and launch insights to improve adoption and product narratives. The role requires strong technical fluency, excellent writing, project leadership, and experience operating independently in fast-changing environments.

Design, develop, and optimize core mobile app features; ensure robust software-hardware connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi); implement data flows between mobile, firmware, and backend; debug and maintain multi-component systems; collaborate with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams; adopt AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Develop and execute localized go-to-market and integrated marketing strategies for Hong Kong and Macau. Lead 360-degree campaigns spanning PR, digital, social, OOH, influencer/KOL, and offline channels. Manage regional stakeholders, marketing budgets, partnerships, negotiations, brand growth, and commercial performance. Requires deep Hong Kong market knowledge, P&L accountability, and professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
