Maintain and secure multi-country office infrastructure across the GCC. Responsibilities include managing networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Active Directory, cloud productivity platforms, endpoint security, hardware, suppliers, and IT service providers. The engineer will provide infrastructure escalation support and lead technical deployments for new regional offices, including network reliability, identity management, device security, and infrastructure modernization.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google to drive profitable ticket sales. Responsibilities include budget allocation, A/B testing, audience and keyword management, conversion tracking, ROAS and CPA optimization, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and post-campaign analysis. The role also requires Arabic and English ad copy development, AI-assisted workflow improvements, and collaboration with creative, CRM, SEO, product, and commercial teams.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, growth, and delivery of B2C products across multiple countries. Manage and develop the product team, prioritize features, translate company objectives into product goals, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Use analytics, customer research, A/B testing, and competitive insights to improve conversions, revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while overseeing products through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
