The Business Development Manager will lead sales efforts, cultivate key accounts, analyze market trends for new revenue opportunities, and maintain relationships with governmental bodies and venue operators in Serbia.

Supports the Marketing Account Manager in coordinating client accounts and marketing services for event organisers. Responsibilities include briefing internal teams, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, communicating organiser feedback, preparing campaign plans and reports, following up on approvals and materials, and maintaining account documentation. The role supports digital advertising, CRM, creative, landing pages, and other marketing activations while flagging delays and assisting with client communications and smaller accounts.

Investigate customer payment issues and process refunds end-to-end. Verify transaction status, issue and re-issue refunds, attach proof, manage tickets across channels, reconcile daily records, gather chargeback evidence, and escalate per procedure.
