Supports a company owner as a trusted Executive and Personal Assistant by managing complex calendars, business and personal travel, projects, vendors, expenses, confidential information, communications, records, franchisee documentation, CRM updates, and personal errands. The role requires proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, strong follow-through, discretion, and the ability to independently manage shifting priorities in a fully in-office environment.

Act as the department of one to lead brand design: refresh logo and brand guidelines, create marketing collateral, swag, signage, presentations, and website assets, coordinate print and swag vendors, and ensure consistent, high-quality design across the company while partnering with leadership.
