Architect storage-driver interfaces and storage-independent replication for reliable recovery across data centers. Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across engineering, QA, UI, and UX. Collaborate with Product and Support, troubleshoot distributed-system failures, lead root-cause analysis, and establish engineering practices for testing, automation, documentation, and operational readiness.

Lead India channel strategy for virtualization solutions: recruit and enable resellers, VARs, and SIs; drive partner-led revenue and pipeline; manage partner relationships, deal registration, and governance; deliver enablement, joint GTM campaigns, and localized incentives to meet quotas.

Develop cloud-native products and services, support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and scalability. Requires strong Linux and programming skills.
