Maintains spare parts, assemblies, kits, BOMs, manufacturing orders, inventory records, and aircraft configuration data in Veryon. Builds and verifies spare kits, tracks serialized components, organizes physical inventory, supports factory acceptance testing, documents hazardous materials, and audits records for accuracy, traceability, and compliance. Collaborates with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams while supporting aircraft subcomponent installation and operational data integrity.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and optimizes embedded software for aerospace systems. Collaborates with hardware, systems, and project engineering teams on requirements, integration, documentation, code reviews, and system validation. Ensures compliance with aerospace standards such as DO-178C, contributes to process improvements, and supports testing activities that may require occasional travel.

Supports onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, employee records, offboarding, HRIS reconciliation, unemployment claims, reporting, and HR process improvement. Partners with hiring managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. Designs and analyzes aircraft structures, payloads, and ground support equipment. Develops prototypes, performs stress analysis, coordinates manufacturing and testing, supports aircraft installations, prepares cost and schedule estimates, and ensures compliance with government and FAA guidelines. Provides field support and oversight of fabrication, testing, documentation, and junior engineering activities.

Manages configuration tracking, inventory, documentation, BOM changes, modifications, and compliance for company- and customer-owned UAVs. Coordinates with engineering, project management, and quality teams to ensure configurations meet contractual and operational requirements. Maintains databases and project records, tracks equipment failures, analyzes business processes, reports metrics, and improves configuration management procedures across manufacturing and customer fleets.

Develops, tests, and integrates network configurations for aircraft and UAV systems. Writes C/C++ driver code and subprograms, analyzes network capacity and system behavior, troubleshoots hardware and software, and creates technical documentation and network diagrams. The role also supports aerospace hardware development involving RF, antennas, sensors, digital systems, and microelectronics while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Leads purchasing, material control, supplier development, inventory management, and logistics for aerospace manufacturing. Oversees supplier performance, sourcing, negotiations, inventory metrics, corrective actions, audits, and logistics compliance. Ensures adherence to AS9100, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and customer requirements while mitigating supply disruptions and supporting production and delivery goals.

Supports UAS avionics and payload integration across the system development lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements development, technical documentation, engineering process oversight, stakeholder coordination, project scheduling, resource allocation, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation. The role leads engineering teams, manages project activities, and contributes to technical strategies and product roadmaps.

Supports the design, integration, documentation, and testing of electrical systems for UAVs, aircraft installations, and ground stations. Responsibilities include creating schematics, harness diagrams, power budgets, bills of materials, manufacturing instructions, and technical data packages. The role coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, and test teams; supports avionics integration and feature changes; and executes electrical systems testing to FAA or DoD standards.
